Refunds and Returns
You may return the Gene-Eden-VIR bottles up to 60 days from purchasing them for a full refund, no questions asked. If you decide to return the bottles, please call us or send us an email, and we will provide the address to where to send the bottles. Once we receive your returned bottles, we will issue a full refund for the returned bottles. The refund will be in the same payment form you used in paying for the bottles. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, and you will have to pay for cost of shipping the bottles back to us.
Confirmation and Shipping
At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your order. The cost of shipping is dependent on the content of your order and the shipping method you select. The total cost of shipping will be displayed for your approval before you complete the order.
When you place and order, Lilac Corp will ship the order to the address you designated. Lilac Corp ships all orders via registered mail. All packages are assigned a tracking number by the carrier. Lilac Corp will email the tracking number to you to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Lilac Corp is not responsible for the accuracy of the email address you entered. Lilac Corp is also not responsible for the delivery of our emails to you after Lilac Corp sends them. Once Lilac Corp delivers your order to the carrier, Lilac Corp has completed its role in the delivery of your product. This means that you agree that a report on the carrier website that your package is in transit is a proof that Lilac Corp delivered your order. When your package is handled by the carrier, you are the sole owner of the package, and the one responsible for losses and damages, and you are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Lilac Corp ships orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
While we always try to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute Lilac Corp’s acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity of any product or service, and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information before we accept and/or ship your order.
